Ensure timely loading and departure of vehicles.
Prioritize urgent orders and manage dispatch according to delivery deadlines.
Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and e-way bills.
Maintain dispatch logs, trip sheets, and record of daily dispatch quantities.
Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance with company policies.
Manage and supervise dispatch staff, loaders, and helpers.
Assign tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure all team members follow safety and company guidelines.
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle availability.
Check vehicle condition, loading capacity, and ensure proper loading.
Optimize vehicle utilization to reduce transportation costs.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock availability.
Ensure correct materials and quantities are dispatched.
Prevent dispatch errors through proper checks and verification.
Ensure safety protocols during loading and dispatch activities.
Maintain discipline and cleanliness in dispatch areas.
Follow all company and statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
Inform management about delays, shortages, and operational issues.
Track transporter performance and delivery status.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Knowledge of dispatch documentation, e-way bills, and basic GST.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Computer knowledge: MS Excel, ERP (if applicable).
