Key Responsibilities
Verify customer orders and ensure timely dispatch.
Check product quantity, packaging, labels, and dispatch documents before shipment.
Coordinate with transporters, couriers, and delivery partners.
Prepare and maintain invoices, LR details, e-way bills, and other dispatch documents.
Update daily dispatch records in Excel/software.
Share dispatch and LR details with customers and the sales team.
Ensure proper and safe packaging of Baklava, Kunafa, and other food products.
Monitor pending orders and plan dispatches accordingly.
Maintain accurate dispatch stock and inventory records.
Immediately report any damaged, missing, incorrect, or delayed shipment.
Coordinate with the Production, Sales, and Accounts teams.
Keep the dispatch area clean, organised, and systematic.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Dispatch/Logistics preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of dispatch documentation and transporter coordination.
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Experience in food product handling will be an added advantage.

Accurate documentation and inventory records.
Proper packaging with minimum transit-related complaints.
