Position: Junior Store Executive
Department: Stores
Industry: Printing & Packaging – Mono Carton & Corrugation
Reporting To: Plant Head
Location: Bharuch GIDC
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day store activities including material receiving, storage and issuing.
Receive and check raw materials, consumables and packaging materials as per documents.
Maintain GRN, inward/outward and material issue records.
Issue materials to the Production Department as per requirement.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/system and Excel.
Conduct regular physical stock checking and report discrepancies to the Plant Head.
Ensure proper identification, stacking and storage of materials.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPIC and Accounts for store-related requirements.
Maintain records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts and finished goods.
Monitor stock levels and inform the Plant Head about shortages or urgent requirements.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in the store area.
Follow company safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
Basic MS Excel and ERP knowledge.
Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.
Printing & Packaging industry experience will be preferred but not mandatory.
