Job Description:

Shiv Jyoti scaffolding Pvt. Ltd., a leading shuttering and scaffolding company, is looking for a disciplined and experienced Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations efficiently. This role requires strong coordination skills, inventory handling, and adherence to safety and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise dispatch of shuttering and scaffolding materials

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch as per delivery schedules

Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and inventory movement

Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and site teams

Verify material quality and quantity before dispatch

Ensure safety standards and proper loading/unloading procedures

Report daily dispatch status to management

Eligibility Criteria:

Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations

Strong discipline, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to handle manpower and maintain operational control

Basic knowledge of documentation and inventory management

Preferred Skills:

Experience in construction materials (shuttering/scaffolding preferred)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and coordination skills
