📝 Job Description: Dispatch Coordinator (Bearing Products)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Dispatch Coordinator with at least 6 months of experience in logistics or dispatch operations, preferably within the bearing products or industrial goods sector. The role involves managing dispatch schedules, coordinating with transporters, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• 📦 Order Management: Coordinate dispatch of bearing products as per customer orders and delivery schedules.

• 🚚 Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transporters, warehouse staff, and sales teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

• 🗂️ Documentation: Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport records.

• 📊 Tracking & Reporting: Monitor shipments, track delivery status, and update stakeholders.

• 🔍 Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.

• 🤝 Customer Support: Handle queries related to dispatch and delivery timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• 🎓 Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

• 🕒 Minimum 6 months of experience in dispatch/logistics coordination (bearing products or industrial goods preferred).

• 💻 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.

• 📞 Strong communication and coordination skills.

• 🧩 Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• 📍 Knowledge of transport operations and local dispatch regulations.
