Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, reconciling discrepancies, and implementing efficient tracking systems.
Shipping and Receiving: Coordinate the shipping and receiving process, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of goods to customers and internal departments. Prepare shipping documents and liaise with carriers for smooth transportation.
Warehouse Organization: Strategically plan and optimize the layout of the warehouse to facilitate efficient product handling and storage. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of all incoming and outgoing products.
Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols within the warehouse, including handling hazardous materials and operating equipment in a safe manner.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse operation and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to warehouse operations, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance, to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and timely fulfillment of orders.
