Job Summary:

We are hiring a E-commerce Dispatch Executive for our Mundka office. The role involves coordinating dispatches, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of order shipment and delivery. This is a desk-based (non-field) role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily dispatch schedules and coordinate with the warehouse/packing team.

• Communicate with transporters, courier partners, and clients regarding pickups and deliveries.

• Generate dispatch documentation, including invoices, delivery challans, and transport receipts.

• Maintain and update dispatch records using Google Sheets.

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery status updates.

• Coordinate with sales and accounts departments for dispatch-related clarifications.

• Ensure all dispatch records and documentation are filed and maintained properly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (mandatory)

• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics coordination or related roles.

• Proficient in Google Sheets and basic MS Office tools.

• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Male candidates preferred.

• Should be punctual, detail-oriented, and organized.
