We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Air and Sea Export freight sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international freight forwarding, strong client relationships, and a deep understanding of logistics operations related to Exports & Imports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets for Air Export & Import and Sea Export & Import services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting potential clients, including exporters, manufacturers, and traders.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with pricing, operations, and documentation teams to provide competitive and accurate quotations to clients.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to enhance market visibility and build new leads.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy credit control.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Logistics, or International Trade).

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, with a strong focus on Air and Sea Export.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, international shipping practices, and documentation.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic logistics ERP systems.
