Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage and streamline dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packaging products to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute daily dispatch activities

• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and documentation of shipments

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for order fulfillment

• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and shipment tracking details

• Monitor inventory movement and ensure stock availability for dispatch

• Liaise with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries

• Handle dispatch-related queries and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

• Experience: 2–3 years in dispatch/logistics/warehouse operations

• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry preferred

Skills Required

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory and dispatch processes

• Familiarity with software for dispatch tracking (preferred)

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
