We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatch Executive with hands-on experience in Shopify to manage order processing, inventory coordination, and timely dispatch of customer orders.

Job Summary

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing daily dispatch operations, processing Shopify orders, coordinating with courier partners, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders through Shopify.

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and AWB numbers.

• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and deliveries.

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock movement records.

• Update order status and tracking details in Shopify.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing and dispatch.

• Resolve dispatch and shipment-related issues.

• Ensure accurate packaging, labeling, and documentation.

• Prepare daily dispatch and inventory reports using MS Excel.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Dispatch, E-commerce Operations, or Order Fulfillment.

• Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin is mandatory.

• Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and dispatch operations.

• Experience with courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, NimbusPost, or Pickrr will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience in Fashion, Apparel, Retail, or E-commerce is preferred.
