Monitor stock levels in the dispatch area and coordinate with warehouse staff.
4. Documentation & Records:
Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, gate passes, and transport receipts.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders for tracking and audits.
5. Quality & Packaging Checks:
Ensure that packed products meet company standards and dispatch specifications.
Oversee final inspection before loading to prevent errors or damage.
6. Communication:
Liaise with transporters, customers, and internal teams to confirm dispatch details.
Provide delivery status updates to customers and resolve any logistics issues.
7. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure dispatch processes follow food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
