Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Import & Export Executive to join our team. As part of a group of companies, this position requires expertise in managing international trade activities, handling import and export documentation, coordinating with shipping agents, and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the import and export process for the company

• Prepare and review import/export documents (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices, customs declarations)

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and laws

• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities

• Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and addressing any issues

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and documentation

• Resolve any issues related to shipments or customs clearance

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners (suppliers, customs, freight forwarders)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, or related fields

• 1-3 years of experience in import/export operations (freshers can also apply)

• Knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and tariffs

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
