🔹 Position: Production & Dispatch Executive

🏭 About the Company:

Kalantri Brothers Private Limited is a premium flour manufacturing company engaged in B2B and B2C operations, committed to quality production, hygiene, and timely dispatch operations.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities at the plant

• Coordinate with production workers and mill operators

• Maintain production records and reports

• Handle dispatch planning and vehicle coordination

• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and stock records

• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods

• Maintain inventory and update stock in system

• Follow safety, hygiene, and company SOP guidelines

• Coordinate with Sales, Store, and Logistics departments

🔹 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate

• Freshers can apply

• Basic computer knowledge required (MS Excel, billing, data entry)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Must be ready to work in 12-hour rotational shifts

• Ability to work in factory environment

🔹 Skills Required:

• Basic computer operation

• Record keeping & documentation

• Team coordination

• Time management

• Responsible and disciplined work attitude
