Job Title: Billing and Dispatch

Reports to: Operations Manager/Accounting Manager

 
Job Summary:

We seek a detail-oriented and organized Billing and Dispatch professional to manage billing processes, coordinate dispatch operations, and ensure efficient delivery of products.

 Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and process invoices, credit memos, and debit memos

· Order taking, billing, packing, dispatch

· Manage billing processes. Billing (E-Invoice/ E way Bill)

· Coordinate dispatch operations. Inventory/Dispatch Management

· Verify billing information for accuracy.

· Supervise packaging staff.

· Ensure proper packaging materials and supplies.

· Monitor packaging quality and efficiency.

· Coordinate with production, logistics, LR and transportation teams.

· Plan and optimize delivery routes.

· Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products

· Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.

· Ensure accurate inventory management.

· Collaborate with warehouse staff.

 Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 5+ years of experience in billing, dispatch, or logistics.

3.  Proven organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
