Dispatch Executive

Location: Bagru Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Dispatch Executive to manage dispatch operations and coordinate effectively between production, logistics, and customers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely dispatch of materials, maintaining dispatch records, and coordinating with transporters and internal teams for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities from the factory

• Prepare dispatch schedules and ensure timely shipment of goods

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams

• Maintain dispatch records, challans, invoices, and related documentation

• Follow up with transporters for vehicle placement and delivery status

• Track shipments and provide dispatch updates to concerned stakeholders

• Ensure accurate loading, packing, and dispatch of materials

• Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Maintain inventory movement records and dispatch reports

• Ensure compliance with company dispatch and logistics procedures

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–4 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, Warehouse, or Coordination roles

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics processes

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Email, ERP preferred)

• Ability to work in a factory environment

• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup

• Knowledge of transportation and logistics coordination

• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple dispatches simultaneously
