Job Description:

We are looking for a female Dispatch Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience to manage and coordinate daily dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling documentation and logistics coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of goods

• Coordinate with logistics partners, transporters, and internal teams

• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and delivery challans

• Monitor stock movement and update inventory systems

• Follow up with transport agencies for shipment status and proof of delivery

• Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures

• Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery

• Prepare basic reports related to logistics and dispatch

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch or logistics coordination

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle multitasking and work under deadlines

• Female candidates preferred for this role

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
