Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Experience: Fresher / 1-2 Years (Preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents like delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, etc.
Track shipments and update delivery status to internal teams/customers.
Manage loading and unloading activities in coordination with warehouse staff.
Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods before dispatch.
Communicate with transporters and courier services for timely pickup and drop.
Maintain dispatch records in system or Excel.
Assist in resolving dispatch-related queries and issues.
Follow up with vendors/suppliers for material availability and transport arrangements.
Ensure compliance with safety and documentation norms.
Key Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication and coordination skills
Time management and attention to detail
Knowledge of logistics/dispatch procedures (training will be provided to freshers)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream
Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or dispatch preferred
