Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documents like delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, etc.

• Track shipments and update delivery status to internal teams/customers.

• Manage loading and unloading activities in coordination with warehouse staff.

• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of goods before dispatch.

• Communicate with transporters and courier services for timely pickup and drop.

• Maintain dispatch records in system or Excel.

• Assist in resolving dispatch-related queries and issues.

• Follow up with vendors/suppliers for material availability and transport arrangements.

• Ensure compliance with safety and documentation norms.

Key Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Time management and attention to detail

• Knowledge of logistics/dispatch procedures (training will be provided to freshers)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream

• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or dispatch preferred
