Job Description:
Coordinate and schedule shipments for US customers.
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and clients via phone and email.
Track loads and provide real-time updates.
Resolve delivery issues and ensure timely dispatch.
Maintain accurate records in the dispatch system.
Work closely with operations and customer support teams.
Requirements:
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
Ability to work in US shift timings.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Experience in logistics or dispatch is preferred but not mandatory.
