Job Title: Dispatch Executive / Dispatch CoordinatorDepartment: Logistics / DispatchLocation E-13, MIDC Chakan Phase 2, ShindeVillage, Pune 410501Job Summary:Responsible for managing the dispatch operations of finished goods from the injection molding production unit to customers. Ensures timely, accurate, and safe delivery of materials while maintaining proper documentation and coordination with production, stores, and transport teams.---Key Responsibilities:1. Dispatch Planning & CoordinationPlan and schedule daily dispatches as per customer orders and delivery schedules.Coordinate with production and stores to ensure availability of finished goods for dispatch.Liaise with transporters for vehicle availability and timely movement.2. Documentation & Record KeepingPrepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills.Maintain dispatch records in ERP or manual logs (as applicable).Ensure proper labeling and packaging of goods before dispatch.3. Customer CoordinationCommunicate dispatch details to customers (vehicle number, dispatch date, etc.).Handle customer queries regarding deliveries and dispatch status.4. Inventory & Material HandlingWork with stores to manage FG (Finished Goods) stock levels.Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) practices are followed for dispatch.5. Compliance & SafetyEnsure all dispatches comply with company policies and statutory transport regulations.Monitor loading and unloading activities for proper handling and safety.6. ReportingGenerate daily / weekly dispatch reports.Highlight delays, shortages, or transport issues to management.---Qualifications & Experience:Education: Graduate (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce).Experience: 2–5 years in dispatch/logistics in a manufacturing setup (preferably plastic or injection molding industry).Skills:Good knowledge of dispatch procedures and transport coordination.Familiarity with ERP / SAP systems.Strong organizational and communication skills.Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Email).---Key Attributes:Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Team player with a proactive approach.Willing to work in shifts if required.---
