Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Godown Executive to manage billing, dispatch, and day-to-day warehouse operations in a pharmaceutical company. The candidate must have working knowledge of Marg Software and the ability to maintain accurate stock and dispatch records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, bills, and other relevant documents using Marg Software.

• Handle daily order processing, packing coordination, and dispatch operations.

• Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate stock movement.

• Verify products, batch numbers, expiry dates, and quantities before dispatch.

• Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse staff, and transporters to ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain dispatch registers, invoices, e-way bills, and other applicable documents.

• Monitor stock availability and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products as per company procedures.

• Assist in stock verification and periodic inventory reconciliation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation will be an added advantage.

• Prior experience in billing, dispatch, or warehouse operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Knowledge of Marg Software is mandatory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong coordination, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to manage daily billing and dispatch activities efficiently.
