Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Job Description:

• Handle the complete dispatch process through the panel, including order confirmation and verification.

• Work with courier software (basic knowledge required).

• Manage and process orders from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.

• Coordinate effectively with courier personnel and delivery partners.

• Perform address verification to ensure smooth and accurate dispatch operations.

• Maintain regular communication with courier partners for timely deliveries.

• Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

• Handle and resolve customer queries received via email.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (strong proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory).

• Good understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Good coordination and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle operational challenges efficiently.
