Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,400 per month + PF & ESI

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 1–2 Years in Warehouse Operations

#### Job Summary

We are looking for a Department Supervisor to join our team at Reliance JioMart Warehouse through Flyhigh Logistics Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, storage, and distribution activities while ensuring smooth supply chain processes and compliance with safety standards.

#### Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch activities.

• Supervise packing, order fulfillment, and stock maintenance.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in designated locations.

• Monitor and update product labels and warehouse documentation accurately.

• Process goods receipts and dispatches within the stipulated timelines.

• Identify and dispatch quality-approved products.

• Conduct and monitor safety practices and training for warehouse staff.

• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

#### Job Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics.

Good knowledge of •MS Excel (Mandatory)••.

• Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems/SAP will be an added advantage.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

• Ability to lead and supervise warehouse personnel effectively.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.
