This role involves We are looking for a high-performing Customer Experience Champion to join our Last Mile Team. In this critical pilot role, you will serve as the strategic link between ground Operations and the Customer Support team. Your primary objective is to dissolve bottlenecks in the last-mile delivery process, manage real-time escalations, and ensure our customers receive their orders seamlessly. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
Real-Time Resolution: Take full ownership of customer escalations, ensuring immediate investigation and driving closure within strict SLAs.Bridge Management: Act as the primary liaison between the Hub Operations, Customer Service (CS), and Technology teams to bridge communication gaps.Root Cause Analysis: Go beyond "fixing" the immediate issue by analyzing escalation trends to identify systemic problems in the delivery chain.Customer Advocacy: Champion the customer’s voice within the hub, ensuring operational decisions align with customer satisfaction goals.Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of escalations and resolutions to support the review of the CX Champ Pilot Project’s success.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
