Job Summary
Active Freight Logistics Private Limited is looking for an experienced Customs Clearance & Compliance Manager to manage customs operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support smooth import/export shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day customs clearance operations for import/export shipments.
Manage customs filing, documentation, and clearance processes.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, notifications, and procedures.
Knowledge of HS Codes and classification of goods.
Handle customs queries, replies, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Guide and support the back-office filing team.
Coordinate with clients, customs authorities, and internal teams.
Ensure smooth execution of import/export shipments.
Requirements
Preferably a Valid G Card holder.
Strong experience in Customs filing and clearance operations.
Good knowledge of HS Codes, Customs Notifications, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to independently manage customs operations.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
