🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships and handle client queries efficiently
• Coordinate with transport and operations teams for smooth deliveries
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
• Maintain CRM data and prepare reports
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

✅ Requirements:
• Experience in logistics/transportation industry preferred
