कस्टमर केयर मैनेजर

We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team at at Aimplus. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹30000 - ₹32000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Customer Service team.

• Monitor daily customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

• Ensure timely response to emails, calls, and customer requests.

• Develop and implement customer service processes and SOPs.

• Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth shipment execution.

• Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.

• Monitor team KPIs, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.

• Train and mentor customer service executives.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Bachelor's Degree.

• 5+ years of customer service experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and logistics operations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
