The Counter Incharge is responsible for managing daily operations at the bus

booking and customer service counter, ensuring efficient ticketing, customer

satisfaction, cash handling, and coordination with operations teams. The role

requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to maintain

smooth counter operations and deliver excellent passenger service.
