Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage both people and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction site operations.

• Ensure work is carried out according to plans, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

• Assign tasks to workers, subcontractors, and site staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor progress and address delays or challenges promptly.

• Inspect work to verify compliance with project requirements and industry regulations.

• Maintain site safety by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.

• Coordinate delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment.

• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients regarding project progress.

• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a construction supervisor or foreman.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Experience with multiple construction projects (residential, commercial, or industrial).
