We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Center Manager to join our team at Guduchi Ayurveda Private Limited. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, managing patient care services, coordinating multiple departments, and ensuring smooth functioning of the center.
The role requires strong leadership, operational management, and excellent interpersonal skills to maintain high standards of patient service and team performance.
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, along with growth opportunities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete end-to-end operations of the clinic efficiently.
Supervise and coordinate multiple departments and staff members to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure excellent patient care and address patient concerns professionally.
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and training when required.
Maintain proper scheduling and coordination of appointments and daily activities.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, operational standards, and hygiene protocols.
Handle administrative responsibilities, reporting, and daily operational updates.
Coordinate with doctors and support staff to deliver quality healthcare services.
