1. Operational Management:

1. Ensuring smooth daily functioning of the training center.

1. Managing infrastructure, residential facilities, and resources.

1. Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of DDU-GKY.

2. Training & Placement:

2. Ensuring high-quality skill training delivery as per scheme guidelines.

2. Achieving batch completion, placement, and post-placement tracking targets.

2. Monitoring trainee attendance, progress, and motivation.

3. Compliance & Reporting:

3. Ensuring all activities comply with DDU-GKY standards and reporting requirements.

3. Using and managing DDU-GKY's IT systems (like PMS) for data entry and reporting.

3. Ensuring due diligence and certification processes are followed.

4. Stakeholder & People Management:

4. Leading and motivating center staff (trainers, support staff).

4. Managing relationships with trainees, parents, PIA partners, and government agencies.

4. Handling grievances and fostering a positive learning environment.

5. Financial & Administrative:

5. Managing center budgets and expenditures.

5. Overseeing procurement and asset management.

• Batch filling rates & completion rates.

• Placement rates & trainee salary levels.
