• Coordinate with passengers before and during the journey
• Verify passenger details and boarding information
• Assist passengers with seating and travel-related queries
• Ensure smooth boarding and departure of the bus
• Maintain passenger records and trip details
• Coordinate with drivers and operations team during night trips
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the journey

✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 12th pass (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Customer service attitude
• Basic smartphone usage for passenger updates
