🚍 Bus Captain Hiring Drive – Borivali, Mumbai(night shift)

We are conducting a Bus Captain (Bus Conductor) Hiring Drive and inviting eligible candidates to attend the walk-in interview.

📍 Work Location:
Borivali East, Borivali West, Kandivali, Dahisar (nearest location will be allotted to the candidate)

Job Details

Position: Bus Captain
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 (Fixed, based on experience)+10k stay bonuss

Additional Benefits:

Incentives based on performance
Stay Bonus of ₹12,000
- ₹4,000 after completion of 2 months
- ₹4,000 after completion of 4 months
- ₹4,000 after completion of 6 months

Job Responsibilities

Verify passenger tickets and boarding details
Assist passengers during boarding and travel
Maintain discipline and safety inside the bus
Coordinate with driver and operations team
Provide basic customer assistance

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Good Hindi communication skills (English preferred)
Customer service attitude
Comfortable working in night shifts
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
