Branch Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Branch & Warehouse Operations Support

• Assist the Branch Operations Manager in handling daily warehouse and branch operations.

• Ensure smooth receiving, storage, dispatch, and return management of rental products.

• Monitor daily branch workflows to ensure operational efficiency.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of warehouse and office premises.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock availability and support regular inventory audits.

• Maintain accurate stock records and assist in cycle counts.

• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to avoid stock shortages.

• Ensure proper tracking of inward and outward inventory movements.

Delivery & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with delivery executives and logistics partners for timely dispatches.

• Ensure smooth installation, delivery, and return pickup operations.

• Optimize delivery scheduling and route planning for faster turnaround.

• Monitor pending deliveries and escalations.

Team Supervision

• Supervise warehouse staff, delivery executives, and housekeeping staff.

• Assign daily operational tasks and ensure timely completion.

• Support employee training, onboarding, and performance monitoring.

• Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company processes.

Sales & Customer Coordination

• Coordinate with the sales team for upcoming orders and urgent customer requirements.

• Ensure inventory readiness for faster order closures.

• Support issue resolution related to delivery delays, service requests, or product availability.

Quality & Process Compliance

• Ensure all products meet quality standards before dispatch.

• Assist in implementing SOPs and process improvements.

• Maintain branch compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Track branch performance metrics including deliveries, returns, stock movement, and team productivity.

• Submit reports to the Branch Operations Manager for review.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any stream

• MBA / Operations Management preferred

• 7+ years of experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, or branch management

• Experience in e-commerce / rental services industry preferred
