Hiring: Cluster Manager – Quick Commerce Last Mile Operations

Location: 32, 2nd cross, Nanjappa Reddy Layout, Village, opp. Ganga Sagar Hotel, Koramangala 8th Block, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹67,000/month – ₹83,000/month

We are hiring an experienced Cluster Manager to manage multiple delivery hubs/dark stores and oversee complete last-mile delivery operations.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Last Mile Operations

• Must have experience in Quick Commerce or E-commerce delivery operations

• Must have managed multiple hubs or dark stores

• Strong experience in rider management, manpower planning and shift management

• Knowledge of OTD, SLA, Rider Productivity, Order Fulfillment and Cost per Order

• Strong team-handling and operational problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily last-mile operations across multiple hubs/dark stores

• Lead Hub Managers, Shift Managers and Delivery Executives

• Ensure timely dispatch, successful deliveries and SLA adherence

• Improve rider productivity, order fulfillment and customer experience

• Plan manpower, rider availability, shifts and fleet utilization

• Control operational costs and ensure compliance with company SOPs
