Export documentation executive
• Prepare and verify export documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL/AWB, insurance certificates, and other related documents.
• Review letters of credit (LCs) and ensure all documents comply with LC terms and international trade standards (UCP 600).
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and banks for document submission and clearance.
• Track and update shipment status and maintain records of all export consignments.
• Ensure timely submission of export documents to the bank for negotiation and payment realization.
• Communicate with buyers and internal departments (production, logistics, accounts) for smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain knowledge of export documentation requirements, DGFT procedures, and customs regulations.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to export shipments and documentation status.
