We are looking for a Accounts and logistics Executive to join our team at at Allview India Electronics Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day logistics operations, including dispatches, shipments, and warehouse coordination.

• Prepare and generate E-Way Bills accurately and in a timely manner for all shipments.

• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth delivery operations.

• Handle basic accounting tasks in Tally ERP including invoice entry, purchase/sales entries, and stock records.

• Maintain and reconcile stock and inventory reports regularly.

• Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound logistics.

• Follow up with clients/suppliers for delivery schedules and resolve any issues.

• Support audit and compliance functions related to logistics and inventory.

• Work closely with the sales and accounts team to align logistics with customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, and basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking are important for this role.
