Supervisor

Location: BLK-Max Super Speciality Hospital

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Incharge to oversee daily site operations within the hospital premises. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination, manpower supervision, and compliance with hospital standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site staff and daily operations.

Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to hospital guidelines.

Coordinate with hospital administration and vendors for smooth functioning.

Maintain attendance records and manage duty rosters.

Monitor service quality and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

Prepare daily and monthly reports for management review.

Required Skills:

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to handle team and operational challenges.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Prior experience in hospital or facility management will be an advantage.
