Patient Care Assistant

We are looking for a General Duty Assistant / Patient Care Assistant (Female) to join our team at Moolchand Hospital (on the payroll of Dr. Rajeev Sharma, Senior Orthopaedic Surgeon) to assist hospital staff in patient care, cleanliness and movement within the facility. The day to day tasks involve monitoring patient conditions, assisting in treatments and assisting doctors and nurses in medical procedures. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Negotiable) and a respectful work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in moving, bathing and daily routines with empathy and care

• Maintain cleanliness in wards and patient rooms in the Orthopedic Ward

• Support nurses and doctors in basic care activities during 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift

• Transfer patients between wards, operation theatres and diagnostic rooms

• Handle bedding and medical waste as instructed

• Refrain strictly from demanding financial help from patients; report any needs to doctor

Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 10th/12th Pass (GDA Certified preferred) and 6 Months GDA Experience. Applicants should be physically fit, hygienic, attentive, empathetic, caring, female and willing to work in a hospital environment.
