Position: Waiter / Service Staff
Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 3 years

Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
Present menus, take customer orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
Handle billing, payments, and table clearing.
Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in restaurant or café service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of food and beverages (additional advantage).
Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
