The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Greet customers politely and present menus.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly.
Check on guest satisfaction during service and respond to additional requests.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Handle billing and cash transactions as required.
Follow all restaurant service standards and safety protocols.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
1–2 years of experience as a waiter (hotel or restaurant preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with good grooming standards.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Basic knowledge of food and beverages.
Team player with a positive attitude.
