Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters/Stewards to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
Address customer queries and resolve complaints politely.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Follow all food safety and restaurant SOPs.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Steward (preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
Basic communication skills in Hindi; English will be an added advantage.
Well-groomed with a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
