Job in Brief: We are hiring an enthusiastic and presentable waiter to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for our guests in the café’. The waiter is responsible for taking orders accurately, communicating with the kitchen staff, serving the dishes following the table manners, clearing the served food and beverages & ensuring customer satisfaction.

Cost to the Company : ₹ 2.58 Lac Per annum LPA or ₹ 21,500/month + Performance-based incentives

Shift Timings:
Working days : Weekends are working and rotational weekly off will be given on any week-day from Monday to Friday
Paid Leaves :
Probation Period : 2 Months
Eligibility:
l Education: 10th Passed
l Minimum 1 year experience working as a waiter
l Must be willing to work on weekends, evenings, or split shifts
l Age: 18+
Skills Required:
l Polite and confident communication
l Clean grooming and professional body language
l Basic spoken English, Hindi/Marathi
l Ability to multitask and work under pressure
l Punctual and Time Management skills
l Ability to operate Point of Sales (POS) machine / billing system
Key Responsibilities
l Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables
l Take customer orders accurately and share them with the kitchen staff
l Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
l Provide menu recommendations when asked
l Handle customer queries and obtain feedback politely
l Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and hygiene
l Handle POS for payments (cash/card/UPI/Digital)
l Coordinate with the kitchen staff and the barista for sharing orders and serving smoothly
l Refill water, clear and reset the tables for the new guests
l Follow the standard operating principles(SOPS) for the service and ensure guest satisfaction
