Job Summary

La Mansion is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and professional Waiters/Stewards to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent dining service, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.

• Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.

• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.

• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

• Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.

• Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns courteously.

• Set up and clear tables before and after service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.

• Assist in table arrangements and restaurant opening/closing duties.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and team members for smooth service.

• Handle bills and payments accurately, when assigned.

• Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality industry is an advantage.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.

• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
