Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating
Present menus and take food & beverage orders accurately
Serve food and beverages as per service standards
Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and mise-en-place
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service flow
Handle guest queries and requests politely
Maintain hygiene, safety, and grooming standards
Clear tables and reset for next service
Assist in billing and payment process when required
Follow hotel/restaurant SOPs at all times
Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred)
Pleasant personality with a service-oriented attitude
Knowledge of basic food & beverage service
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Team player with willingness to learn
Prior hotel/restaurant experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
Minimum: 10+2 or Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience: 0–2 years in F&B service preferred
