### *1. Job Title: Steward / Waiter*

*Location:* Guru Kripa Family Dhaba, Ayodhya Road, Kamta, Lucknow

*Job Type:* Full Time | *Salary:* As per interview

*--- Job Summary ---*

To provide excellent food and beverage service to guests, take orders, serve food, and ensure guest satisfaction with a polite and clean appearance.

*--- Main Responsibilities ---*

*1. Guest Service:*

- Greet guests with Namaste and a smile when they arrive

- Show them to the table and provide menu card

- Take food & drink orders accurately

- Explain special thali / today's special

*2. Service & Operation:*

- Serve food and water quickly and properly

- Check if guest needs anything during meal

- Clear plates, clean table immediately after guest leaves

- Prepare table for next guest (table setup)

*3. Cleanliness & Hygiene:*

- Always wear clean uniform, trimmed nails, hair net

- Keep service area, tables, chairs, menu clean

- Follow Pure Veg hygiene rules strictly

*4. Team Work:*

- Coordinate with Kitchen, Cashier and Captain

- Report any guest complaint to Manager immediately

- Come on time for shift - No pending work to next shift

*--- Requirements ---*

- Experience: 6 months - 2 years in Dhaba / Restaurant / Hotel (Fresher can also apply)

- Education: 10th / 12th Pass

- Skills: Good communication in Hindi, Basic English, Polite behavior, Quick service

- Age: 18 to 30 years

- Must know: How to handle Thali, handling 4-5 tables at once
