Minimum qualification: Diploma in hospitality preferred.
Previous experience in restaurant/hotel service is preferred; freshers can also apply.
Good communication and basic guest-handling skills.
Presentable personality with good grooming and hygiene standards.
Knowledge of table setup, service sequence, and restaurant etiquette.
Ability to take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service areas, and restaurant premises.
Assist in table clearing, resetting, and preparation before service.
Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and Service Team.
Ensure guest requests and complaints are promptly communicated to the supervisor.
Basic knowledge of menu items and ingredients is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
Positive attitude, teamwork, discipline, and punctuality.
Follow all company policies, food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Customer-service-oriented with a polite and helpful attitude.
Candidates with experience in hotels, cafés, restaurants, or QSRs will be preferred.
