Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
Take accurate food and beverage orders
Serve food and drinks as per company standards
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue
Process billing and handle POS operations
Follow hygiene, safety, and FSSAI guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in hospitality/QSR/casual dining
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of food & beverages
Customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
Well-groomed and presentable
