Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Team Member to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining outlet operations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and ensure accurate order processing.
• Prepare and serve products as per company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet/work area.
• Handle billing and cash/POS transactions when required.
• Ensure proper stocking and availability of products/materials.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Follow company policies, safety standards, and hygiene guidelines.
• Support the team in achieving daily sales and operational targets.
