3 Handle Peak Time Service Efficiently with Speed and Accuracy.
4 Maintain a Positive and Calm Demeanor During Busy Periods
5 Ensure the Counter and Dining Areas are Kept Clean and Organized.
6 Greet Customers in a Friendly and Welcoming Manner.
7 Follow Opening and Closing Checklist for the Counter.
Customer Service
1 Take Customer Orders Politely and Serve Promptly.
2 Handle Customer Requests and Complaints Courteously.
Hygiene & Cleanliness
1 Maintain cleanliness of the counter, utensils, and surrounding area.
2 Follow Food Safety and Hygiene Standards (Use Gloves, Hair Caps, Clean Apron)
Stock Handling
1 Check Daily Stock of Raw Materials and Inform the Supervisor About Shortages.
2 Avoid Wastage and Handle Ingredients Carefully.

1 Assist with Billing or Collect Payment Accurately.
2 Hand Over Cash And Bills To The Supervisor At The End Of The Shift.
