Maintain a Positive and Calm Demeanor During Busy PeriodsEnsure the Counter and Dining Areas are Kept Clean and Organized.
Greet Customers in a Friendly and Welcoming Manner.
Follow Opening and Closing Checklist for the Counter.
Customer ServiceTake Customer Orders Politely and Serve Promptly.
Handle Customer Requests and Complaints Courteously.
Hygiene & CleanlinessMaintain cleanliness of the counter, utensils, and surrounding area.
